SCBH15型非晶合金干式变压器的诞生对于生产发展的作用
近年来随着城市建设的发展,安装在建筑物内、低下铁道、机场及其他对防火要求高的场所的电力变压器,要求使用无油型设备。为了满足防火要求,不充油变压器——非晶合金干式变压器应运而生。早期的非晶合金干式变压器的工作部分,如绕组、铁芯均裸露在空气中,为解决变压器绕组的纤维性绝缘材料因吸潮而降低绝缘水平问题,变压器绕组要整体在酚醛清漆中浸透并干燥。为进一步提高变压器绝缘水平和解决变压器运行中的散热问题,变压器绕组的绕制形式需要增加绕组的层间和匝间的距离作为风道。必要时,变压器还要加装鼓风机,强迫对流风冷散热。

尽管如此,使用时还要求变压器安装地点必须有良好的环节。如要有通风系统,要保持空气相对湿度不超过70%、环境温度不超过40℃等等。早期的非晶合金干式变压器给运行工作带来很大的不便,又限制了高电压大容量变压器产品的发展。目前,这种空气自冷的非晶合金干式变压器只应用在电压等级在500V以下,特殊用途的小型变压器。

由于市场对防灾型变压器的需要,20世纪60年代德国TU公司研制了一种钢导线高低压绕组、玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂浇筑的非晶合金干式变压器。环氧树脂具有难燃和自熄的特性,使变压器的防灾能力大大提高。该产品投放市场后,引起用户极大的兴趣,受到了用户的欢迎。随后世界上许多国家也相继研制或引进专利技术生产,环氧树脂浇注型非晶合金干式变压器几乎占领了整个非晶合金干式变压器市场。我国于1979年开始引进环氧树脂浇注非晶合金干式变压器技术,生产环氧树脂浇注变压器。

In order to reduce the insulation level of the fibrous insulation materials of transformer windings due to moisture absorption, the transformer windings should be soaked and dried in phenolic varnish as a whole. In order to further improve the insulation level of transformer and solve the problem of heat dissipation in transformer operation, the winding form of transformer winding needs to increase the distance between the windings and the interturn as an air duct. When necessary, the transformer must be equipped with a blower to force the convection air cooling to dissipate heat.

In spite of this, there must be a good link in the installation of the transformer. If there is a ventilation system, the relative humidity of the air is not more than 70%, the ambient temperature is not more than 40 degrees C and so on. Early amorphous alloy dry transformer has brought great inconvenience to operation, and it also restricts the development of high voltage and large capacity transformer. At present, this air self cooled amorphous alloy dry transformer is only applied to a small transformer with a voltage level below 500V for special purpose.

Due to the need of market for disaster prevention transformers, in 1960s, Germany TU company developed a dry wire transformer with high and low voltage steel wire and glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin casting. The epoxy resin has the characteristics of combustible and self extinguishing, which greatly improves the disaster prevention ability of the transformer. After the product was put on the market, the user was greatly interested and welcomed by the user. Subsequently, many countries in the world have developed or introduced patent technology production. Epoxy resin casting amorphous alloy dry type transformer almost occupied the whole amorphous alloy dry type transformer market. In 1979, China began to introduce epoxy resin cast amorphous alloy dry transformer technology to produce epoxy resin pouring transformer.
